About the Role

This is a part\-time role covering both sales and lettings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property viewings


• Carrying out routine inspections on vacant properties

Hours and Salary

• Working Pattern: Saturdays, 10am \- 4pm (with the option to work up to 6pm) with potential for extra shifts during the week if you wish (subject to availability).

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany clients during property viewings, providing professional support and guidance throughout the process


• Conduct thorough inspections of vacant properties, noting any potential issues

Essential Skills \& Experience

• Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise professionally with clients and team members


• Reliable transportation or access to suitable means of travel for property visits


• Ability to work flexible hours on a part\-time basis, including some evenings or weekends if necessary


• Professional demeanour with attention to detail in all aspects of work
