Location: Este Medical Group,

Hours: Full\-time, five days per week (Flexibility required to match shooting schedules and campaign launches)

Travel: Regular UK\-wide travel to regional clinics to shoot campaigns and capture localized content

Salary: 26000 to 35000( based on experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a powerhouse Videographer, Meta/Google Ads Specialist \& Content Creator. This is a highly dynamic, hybrid role designed for a performance\-driven creative who can own the entire digital marketing funnel.

You will completely run the marketing and conversion pipeline: conceptualising and capturing premium organic content across our UK clinics, building and optimizing paid Meta and Google ad campaigns, and managing incoming lead flows to ensure web inquiries are tracked, nurtured, and seamlessly handed off to our clinic consultation teams. You will bridge the gap between stunning, highly\-creative content and data\-driven lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

1\). Hands\-On Content Creation \& Strategy

Creative Campaign Concepting: Conceptualise, storyboard, and plan organic and paid content campaigns that align with Este Medical's premium brand identity.

Multi\-Format Assets: Produce high\-engagement visual assets tailored specifically for different social formats, including educational graphics, before/after carousels, text\-on\-screen trends, and interactive story setups.

Trend Adaptation: Keep a daily pulse on rising social media trends, viral audio, and content styles, instantly translating them into the luxury clinical space.

2\)Videography, Editing \& Social Media Posting

UK\-Wide Content Capture: Travel regularly to various Este Medical clinics across the UK to direct, shoot, and film high\-quality video and photo content (treatment walkthroughs, practitioner interviews, and client transformations).

Social Editing: Edit raw footage into high\-retention Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts using trending audio, sharp pacing, engaging text overlays, and premium color grading.

Publishing \& Copywriting: Handle the daily native posting across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, writing compelling, educational captions with direct calls\-to\-action (CTAs) to drive traffic to our website forms.

3\). Paid Advertising (Meta \& Google Ads)

Campaign Building \& Strategy: Set up, launch, and manage high\-performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) campaigns targeting web lead generation.

Budget \& ROAS Tracking: Maintain daily optimization of budgets, ensuring low Cost Per Lead (CPL) and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

A/B Testing: Constantly test ad copy, landing pages, and the creative video/photo assets you produce to find the highest\-converting variations.

Audience Targeting: Build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences across both Google and Meta to guide potential clients down the funnel.

4\). Lead Management \& Conversion Funnels

Lead Tracking \& CRM: Oversee incoming leads from website forms, Google Ads, and Meta Lead Forms, ensuring they flow correctly into our CRM system.

Quality Control: Monitor lead quality and conversion rates from initial inquiry to booked consultation, identifying and fixing drop\-offs in the funnel.

Funnel Optimization: Work on landing page layouts and web form simplicity to continuously improve web conversion rates.

Crucial Sector Compliance Warning

Because we operate in a highly regulated medical and cosmetic industry, all ad copy, targeting, and video content must strictly adhere to ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) and CAP Code guidelines:

Zero under\-eighteen targeting: No paid ads or organic content for injectable treatments may target or appeal to minors.

Honest visuals: Absolutely no deceptive editing, filters, or misleading lighting on Before/After transformations.

Non\-promotional tone: Avoid high\-pressure sales tactics, artificial urgency, or time\-limited pricing discounts on cosmetic medical procedures.

Experience \& Requirements Essential

  • 2 to 6 yrs of experience managing paid acquisition (both Meta Ads and Google Ads) with a heavy focus on lead generation.
Proven track record as a Content Creator \& Videographer: Expert skill level with camera setups, mobile filming, graphic assets, and editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Willingness to travel: Comfortable traveling regularly across the UK to different clinic locations as required by the shooting schedule.

Hands\-on CRM experience: Familiarity with managing lead pipelines, pixels, custom conversion tracking, and data tagging.

Platform native: Deep knowledge of Instagram's algorithm, posting best practices, and organic content trends.

Desirable

  • Past experience managing marketing funnels or content production in the beauty, aesthetics, or private healthcare sectors.

  • Strong understanding of UK medical advertising restrictions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Lead Volume \& Cost (CPL / CPA): Total number of leads generated and efficiency of ad spend.

Lead\-to\-Consultation Conversion Rate: Successfully pushing web and social leads into booked appointments.

Content Frequency \& Engagement: Keeping a highly consistent, premium posting schedule on Instagram using diverse assets from across the UK.

ROAS \& Tracking Accuracy: Clear attribution and financial return across Meta and Google platforms.

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
