How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non\-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and patients to the practice
- Answering telephone enquiries and booking appointments
- Managing reception and administrative duties
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the veterinary team with day\-to\-day practice operations
- Providing exceptional customer care at all times
- 3 days per week
- Shift patterns between 8:30am and 6:30pm
- Flexibility to provide additional cover for team members during annual leave and other absences is essential
