We are looking for a Verification \& Validation Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the development and validation of complex hardware and software systems.

The resource will be involved in activities of system requirements verification and validation, contributing to ensuring compliance of the developed solutions with project specifications and required quality standards. Responsibilities will include:

• Defining and executing Verification \& Validation activities on hardware and software components;


• Analyzing functional and technical requirements, verifying their completeness, consistency, and testability;


• Developing and executing test cases, test procedures, and test reports;


• Collaborating with hardware design and software development teams to resolve anomalies identified during test campaigns;


• Supporting system integration and validation activities;


• Using simulation and analysis environments based on MATLAB to verify performance and requirements;


• Managing technical documentation related to test and validation activities;


• Participating in technical reviews and continuous improvement activities for V\&V processes.

• Master's Degree in Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related fields;


• Experience in Verification \& Validation activities for hardware and/or software systems;


• Excellent knowledge of MATLAB and its simulation and analysis tools;


• Experience in defining and executing functional, integration, and system tests;


• Ability to analyze requirements and manage their traceability;


• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;


• Problem\-solving skills and teamwork attitude.

The position includes a permanent contract, and the gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €33,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, at the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL above the level indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with the company's policies.
