Vending & Warehouse Support

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Vending \& Warehouse Support team member to assist with the efficient operation of our warehouse and vending services. This role involves a variety of tasks including materials handling, stock management, and supporting shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. This is a paid position suitable for individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic logistics environment and develop their skills within warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for picking items from Ficep UK stock according to vending reports received by the office.


• Packing items and organising van by customer and transporting items to site


• Re\-stocking of vending machines at customer’s site.


• Cleaning and basic maintenance of the vending machines while at the customer’s site.


• Communication with the customer regarding vending machines while on site\- feeding any issues back to the office.


• Responsible for maintaining the vending van in good condition.


• Providing cover in the Ficep UK warehouse as necessary.


• Assisting at exhibitions and promoting Ficep products as and when required


• Any other duties as reasonably requested by Ficep Management
