Hours: 4 to 5 days per week, including weekend working

Elite Bridal is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Store Manager to lead our flagship Castleford store.
This is a high profile leadership role within one of Yorkshire's busiest bridal retailers. We are looking for an exceptional leader with a proven track record in retail, hospitality, events or sales who understands how to drive performance, inspire teams and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
You will lead a team of 12 alongside an established Lead Sales Consultant and Store Supervisor, giving you a strong management structure to support the continued growth and success of the store.
About You
You are:
- A natural leader who enjoys developing and motivating people
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware and confident managing KPIs, targets and business performance
- Experienced in sales leadership, retail management, hospitality management or a customer focused environment
- Results driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Comfortable making decisions, managing priorities and holding teams accountable
- Lead, inspire and develop a team of 12
- Take ownership of store sales performance and profitability
- Drive KPI performance including conversion, average transaction value, accessories, reviews and customer experience metrics
- Coach and develop the team to maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure the smooth day to day running of the flagship store
- Manage rotas, performance reviews, recruitment and training
- Maintain exceptional standards across customer service, presentation and operations
- Work closely with the Operations Director to implement business strategy and future growth plans
