Vending Engineer

We are a friendly, family\-run vending company based in Avonmouth, and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Vending Engineer to join our growing team.

This is a field\-based role, working from our Avonmouth depot and travelling to customer sites in a company\-provided van. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, servicing equipment, and ensuring our customers’ vending machines are operating efficiently.

About the Role

Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:

· Attending customer sites to diagnose and repair vending machine faults.

· Servicing and maintaining a range of equipment, including:

o Hot drinks machines

o Combi vending machines

o Snack vending machines

o Water coolers

· Carrying out preventative maintenance and routine servicing.

· Providing excellent customer service while on\-site.

· Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records.

· Working safely and professionally at all times.

What We’re Looking For

· Previous experience not essential, as full on\-the\-job training will be provided for the right candidate.

· A practical, hands\-on approach with good fault\-finding skills.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

· A full UK driving licence is essential.

Additional Requirements

As some of our customer sites have enhanced security requirements, the successful candidate will be required to:

· Successfully complete a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.

· Undergo security vetting to obtain a Police Security Pass where required.

· Meet any additional site\-specific security clearance requirements for certain customer locations.

What We Offer

· Annual salary of £31,581\.26, paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.

· Monday to Friday working, 40\-hour week.

· Occasional Bank Holiday working when required.

· Company van provided.

· Full training and ongoing support.

· 28 days’ annual leave, including Bank Holidays.
