The Role:

At Terminus Contract Hire, we are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused individual to support the smooth day\-to\-day operations of our vehicle rental branch. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while assisting with bookings, vehicle management, and branch administration.

Main Duties:

• Dealing with members of the public and corporate clients both over the phone and face\-to\-face


• Taking vehicle bookings, processing rental agreements, payments, and explaining terms and conditions clearly to customers


• Dealing with rental check ins and check outs.


• Monitoring vehicle returns and arranging recharge costs where applicable


• Providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries professionally


• Completing daily administration tasks, reports, paperwork, and vehicle allocation


• Coordinating vehicle maintenance, inspections, mileage checks, and damage reporting


• Supporting the Branch Manager with general branch operations and maintaining company standards

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Hold a full UK driving licence and meet the criteria for company insurance


• Have previous experience in vehicle rental, customer service, sales, or a similar role (preferred but not essential)


• Be reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment


• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills


• Be confident handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally


• Be able to work towards targets and maintain high customer satisfaction standards


• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Full\-time available

Pay:

Competitive hourly rate depending on experience between £13\.50 / £15 per hour
