Your new opportunity

At Quarriers Homelife Ayr, we support adults to live as independently as possible in their own homes. This is a flexible, community\-based role where no two days are the same.

As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside the people we support to help them live the life they choose. This can include:

• Supporting with daily routines and personal care


• Helping people access their local community and stay connected


• Encouraging independence and building confidence


• Supporting with appointments, activities, and day\-to\-day tasks

Working pattern: We require people who are available to work a variety of shifts to support individual needs, shifts include, day, evenings, sleepovers and weekends. Rota's are completed 4\-6 weeks in advance where possible. We are offering 20 \- 30 hour per week, permanent contracts.

We’re looking for people who:

• Are caring, reliable, and respectful


• Have a genuine interest in supporting others


• Can work flexibly across a range of shifts


• Hold (or are willing to work towards) relevant training

A full driving licence is preferred due to the nature of the role and community\-based support.
