Kiosk Team Member
Role Overview
As a Kiosk Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will work as part of a close knit team, supporting the Kiosk Manager in the day\-to\-day operation of the kiosk while maintaining excellent food, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Candidate must be \+18 years old (due to lone working requirements for the role)
Candidate will need availability on both Saturdays and Sundays to be considered for the role
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively as part of the kiosk team, demonstrating enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to delivering top\-quality sushi to our customers
- Support the Kiosk Manager in the daily operation of the kiosk, completing ad\-hoc tasks as required
- Maintain consistently high standards in a fast\-paced environment, with strong attention to detail
- Complete and record daily checks, including deliveries, wastage, and temperature monitoring, in line with company procedures
- Conduct in\-store sampling activities, confidently engaging with customers, promoting products, and actively upselling to drive sales
- Engage with customers throughout the day using strong menu knowledge, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with both product quality and service
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of allergen procedures and always provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and service at all times
- Follow all cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, actively promoting a safe and positive workplace
- Passionate about learning the art of sushi and sharing that enthusiasm with customers
- Strong eye for detail with a commitment to consistently high standards
- Friendly, approachable, and customer\-focused with a positive, can\-do attitude
- Able to work to production schedules and demands effectively self managing time to complete production within assigned time frames.
- Comfortable working independently when required, acting as a brand ambassador and representing the Sushi brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
- Punctual and reliable, consistently arriving on time and ready to work at the start of each shift
This role could suit someone with a great customer service background and a wish to branch out into a food production role, an experienced chef or kitchen worker looking for a nicer working environment and more social hours with more customer interaction. Or someone with a love for sushi and working at pace in a customer centric role. The types of people who succeed in this role is extremely varied.
Must have some hospitality experience
