Within the role of Housing Services Lead you will assist the Housing and Partnership Manager in ensuring resident involvement is intrinsically linked to delivering excellent housing services and enabling residents to live independently within a designated Extra Care scheme.

What we’re looking for

The essential requirements for the role include:

  • Experience in housing or property management with a focus on resident facing services and engagement

  • Solid understanding of health and safety and other RoSH regulations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing competing priorities

  • A collaborative working style, with a proactive approach to problem\-solving

  • Familiarity with tenancy management processes and housing management systems

  • A good level of digital skills and experience, including the use of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams)

  • Willing to work towards Level 3 Housing Apprenticeship (if not held)
