UX/UI Designer - IEFP Internship

Hyphen is looking for two UX/UI Designer Interns to join our team through an IEFP professional internship.

You’ll get hands\-on experience working on real digital projects, from UX research and understanding users to designing and testing interfaces. We’re looking for curious, proactive people who enjoy asking questions, exploring ideas and learning by doing.

What you’ll do
------------------

• Get involved in UX research, from desk research and competitor analysis to user interviews and usability testing;


• Turn research findings into insights and design opportunities;


• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interfaces for web and mobile;


• Explore, test and iterate on ideas based on user needs and feedback;


• Help build and evolve design systems and component libraries;


• Work closely with designers, developers and other team members;


• Take part in workshops, brainstorming sessions and design reviews.

• A degree or relevant training in Design, UX/UI, Multimedia or a related field;


• Eligibility for an IEFP professional internship;


• A basic understanding of UX principles, UX research and/or digital product design;


• Familiarity with Figma is a plus;


• Curiosity, attention to detail and a willingness to learn;


• Good communication and a collaborative mindset;


• A portfolio that gives us a glimpse into how you think and design \- academic and personal projects are absolutely welcome.
