Please note that this role is strictly on\-site, and candidates must either be based in Lisbon or ready to utilize our comprehensive relocation package. In this exciting position, you will act as a crucial frontline contact for users of a premier global social media platform, playing an essential role in keeping our global community secure, fully supported, and seamlessly connected.

Key Responsibilities

• User Assistance: Provide exceptional, top\-tier guidance and support to Ukrainian\-speaking users via email and live chat channels, expertly resolving login challenges, security settings updates, and platform navigation questions.


• Technical Support: Investigate and troubleshoot software bugs, technical glitches, and intricate account issues to guarantee a consistently smooth and frustration\-free user experience.


• Community Safety: Educate users thoroughly regarding platform policies, proactively helping to uphold rigorous safety standards and respectful guidelines across the entire network.


• Service Excellence: Resolve incoming user inquiries with high efficiency, deep empathy, and professionalism while successfully maintaining strict quality performance metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Language Proficiency: Must possess native or near\-native fluency in Ukrainian, alongside a solid working command of English (minimum B2 level) to facilitate internal communications, documentation, and training sessions.


• Work Authorization: Must be based in Lisbon (or ready to relocate), possessing official EU Citizenship, a valid Portuguese Residency Card (*Título de Residência*), or legal Refugee Status.


• Experience: Previous customer support experience is warmly welcomed yet entirely optional—we provide extensive, fully paid training before you officially begin your duties.


• Flexibility: Comfortable adapting and thriving in a fast\-paced, dynamic work environment featuring rotating work schedules.

Compensation \& Schedule

• Gross Salary: Competitively set at €1,237 gross per month, conveniently paid across 12 standard monthly installments.


• Hours: Standard 40\-hour work week structured around 5 active working days followed by 2 consecutive rest days.


• Shift Breakdown: Structured 8\-hour working shifts that include a dedicated 1\-hour meal and relaxation break.


• Work Window: Operating on rotating shifts scheduled flexibly from Monday through Sunday between the hours of 07:00 and 00:00\.
