UX Designer (MID LEVEL)

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our growing product and design team in Ilford. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who is passionate about designing intuitive digital experiences and solving real user challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications.


• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to identify user needs.


• Create user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs.


• Work closely with product and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.


• Translate business requirements into practical and engaging user experiences.


• Maintain consistency across products by contributing to the design system.


• Analyse user feedback and product data to improve usability and accessibility.


• Present design concepts confidently to internal stakeholders.


• Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.


• Stay informed about emerging UX practices, design trends, and industry standards.

• Previous experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or User Experience Designer.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating user centred design projects from concept through delivery.


• Proficiency with Figma and other industry standard design tools.


• Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows.


• Good understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.


• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and responsive design.


• Ability to work collaboratively within cross functional teams.


• Strong communication, presentation, and problem solving skills.


• Experience working in Agile product development environments is preferred.


• Familiarity with analytics tools and user research methods is an advantage.
