UX Designer - Full Time

We’re looking for a UX Designer to design, build and optimise our exciting customer journeys. You will be working across a number of customer\-facing websites, apps and bespoke journeys.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing user\-first experiences for web and mobile platforms.


• Creating prototypes to test ideas and gather user feedback.


• Working closely with developers and product teams to bring designs to life.


• Using tools like Figma (or XD/Sketch) to craft beautiful, functional interfaces.


• Analysing data, heatmaps, and user sessions to improve conversion and usability.


• Running A/B tests (we use Convert) and validating ideas through experimentation.


• Exploring customer journeys to identify friction and opportunities.


• Championing accessibility and usability best practices.

• A problem\-solver who thrives on improving the customer experience.


• A passionate advocate for user\-centred design.


• Someone who embraces testing and iterating to find the best solution.


• Comfortable presenting ideas and gathering feedback from across the business.


• Familiar with A/B testing tools (Convert or similar), heatmap/session tools (Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, FullStory), and analytics (Amplitude, Google Analytics).


• Solid grasp of UI/UX design principles with a strong portfolio of work.


• Bonus: experience with front\-end development and/or implementing UI animations (e.g. using LottieFiles).
