Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Used Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in automotive sales management. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, developing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service to maximise revenue. A background in B2B sales, and proficiency with CRM software are highly desirable to succeed in this position.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the used car market.

  • Manage customer relationships through direct engagement, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Oversee the utilisation of CRM software to track leads, follow\-ups, and sales progress.

  • Conduct regular training sessions on upselling techniques, phone etiquette, and organisational skills.

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, pricing strategies, and market conditions.

  • Foster relationships with B2B clients to expand wholesale opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Skills
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the automotive industry or related sectors.

  • Strong leadership and sales management capabilities.

  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is preferred to serve diverse client bases effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette.

  • Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to maximise revenue per customer interaction.

  • Organised with exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Proficiency in CRM software to streamline sales processes and customer management.

Pay: £31,500\.00\-£75,000\.00 per year
