We’re now looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating and developing a high\-performing used car sales team
- Driving sales performance through strong leadership and daily coaching
- Supporting both telephone and face\-to\-face sales activity
- Ensuring customers receive a first\-class buying experience
- Monitoring performance, managing targets and maximising profitability
- Working closely with senior management to push the business forward
- Proven experience in the motor trade (essential)
- A track record of success in sales management
- Strong experience in telephone and showroom sales
- A natural leader who can motivate, energise and inspire a team
- Highly driven, target\-focused and passionate about winning
- Someone who leads from the front and thrives in a fast\-paced environment
- Realistic OTE up to £80,000
- Company car provided
- Two days off per week
