Role Purpose
We are a lean, fast-moving digital assets firm looking for an experienced US MRLO and financial crimes professional to join on a contract basis. This is a hands-on execution role, you will be doing the work, not directing others to do it and be expected to deliver from day one.

<ul>
<li>Handle day-to-day US AML obligations - SAR filing, CTR reporting, and FinCEN requirements </li>
<li>Manage US sanctions compliance - OFAC screening, escalations, and reporting </li>
<li>Support the US Broker Dealer compliance program day to day </li>
<li>Conduct AML and financial crimes risk assessments on new products and tokens </li>
<li>Support client onboarding - KYC review and source of funds assessments for institutional clients </li>
<li>Manage 314a and 314b requests and law enforcement inquiries </li>
<li>Support regulatory examinations and audits as needed </li>
<li>Work collaboratively with Legal, Risk, and other control functions </li>
</ul>
Skills and Experience:  
Essential   
<ul>
<li>Active FINRA licenses required (Series 7, 24 or equivalent) </li>
<li>Hands-on experience as a US MLRO or Deputy MLRO — SAR filing, CTR reporting, FinCEN obligations </li>
<li>Strong OFAC and US sanctions experience </li>
<li>Broker dealer compliance experience required </li>
<li>Experience in digital assets or crypto — Chainalysis or equivalent blockchain analytics </li>
<li>Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced environment </li>
<li>CAMS or equivalent AML certification preferred </li>
</ul>
This role is deemed an Approved Persons role and will require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications and pass fitness and propriety assessments.
