URGENT HIRING — GENERAL MANAGER

Executive search process for an experienced General Manager to lead passenger transport operations in the London area.

We are looking for a hands\-on leader capable of combining strategic management with a strong operational presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the daily passenger transport operation;


• Manage teams, fleet performance and service delivery;


• Monitor operational and financial performance;


• Ensure safety, compliance and quality standards;


• Improve processes, productivity and customer satisfaction;


• Support the development and performance of operational teams;


• Maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Senior management experience in passenger transport;


• Strong operational, financial and people\-management skills;


• Proven ability to improve performance and implement change;


• Hands\-on leadership and results\-oriented approach;


• Excellent communication and decision\-making skills;


• Availability to work in the London area;


• Valid documentation to work in the United Kingdom.
