We are an Healthcare Recruitment Agency. (Please note we do not currently offer Sponsorship)

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high\-quality care to patients in a residential / Nursing care setting. The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of person\-centred care, supporting individuals with their daily activities and promoting their independence.

Duties:\- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and eating\- Support residents with mobility and physical activities\- Help in the implementation of individual care plans\- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behaviour\- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents\- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided\- Assist in creating a safe and supportive environment for residents

Qualifications: Experience working in a care home or similar setting is advantageous\- Basic in IT systems for record\-keeping purposes\- Good command of English language to effectively communicate with residents and colleagues\- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required\- Previous experience in care

Benefits:\- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. (Higher rates will apply for roles requiring advanced skills or urgent placement).

You can also refer any NURSE OR HCA that you believe would be great fit for this role. We Offer a referral bonus of £200 upon completion of a minimum of 20 shifts.

Job Types: Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £14\.00 per hour
