Treatment Coordinator

We are currently looking to recruit a Treatment Coordinator to join our ever\-expanding team in line with our ambitious growth plans.

MATERNITY COVER

Job Description:

• Report writing Taking photographs throughout treatment


• Taking trios scans and sending to the appropriate labs


• Uploading patient photos and scans to Invisalign for the dentists (they only need to complete the prescription then)


• Finance applications with patients – if reception busy


• Making case studies for all dentists in their practice that complete the big 5\.


• Maintaining great relations with patients


• Treatment Co\-ordinating including Dental Implants, Orthodontics, Cosmetic Treatments.


• Trios scan all new private patients and NHS patients when referred by the dentist


• Discuss the Treatment Menu and options with patients using before and after pictures, website, models, Scan etc.


• Take a patient testimonial after the treatment.


• Encourage reviews – Google, Facebook, NHS choices.


• If they are the implant nurse also they will need to order implants and nurse for the implants.


• Closely work with dentists to keep track of treatment.

• Permanent, Full Time Contract


• Monday to Friday


• Starting at £15\.75 per hour


• 8\.30am – 5\.30pm
