Treatment Coordinator
Are you a confident, emotionally intelligent and commercially aware individual with experience in high\-end sales?
FAME Dentistry is an independently owned dental practice in the Southside of Glasgow. We provide advanced implant, surgical, cosmetic and sedation dentistry within a calm, high\-end and patient\-centred environment.
We are looking for an experienced treatment coordinator to guide patients through significant treatment journeys with clarity, professionalism and confidence.
This role is about far more than “selling treatment.” It requires emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine trust with patients making important healthcare decisions that.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience within high\-end sales, luxury service or consultative client\-facing environments. Experience within dentistry is welcomed but not essential for the right individual.

- Meeting patients following clinical consultations.
- Explaining treatment journeys, fees and finance options clearly.
- Supporting patients throughout the decision\-making process.
- Managing follow\-up communication and patient coordination.
- Tracking enquiries and treatment conversions.
- Working closely with clinicians and the wider team to maintain an exceptional patient experience.
Salary dependent on experience. We are building a long\-term team around quality, standards and patient experience.
Hours:
Full\-time hours available (to be discussed at interview).
