Treatment Coordinator - Dental Implants & Cosmetic

Smilewell Dental \| Borehamwood (WD6\) \| £35,000\-£40,000 per year plus commission

We are a private dental clinic in Borehamwood specialising in dental implants, full\-arch reconstruction, cosmetic dentistry and IV sedation. Our patients are making significant decisions about their teeth, their confidence and their money, often after years of putting it off. The Treatment Coordinator is the person who guides them through it.

This is a patient\-facing, target\-driven role. You own the patient relationship from first enquiry to treatment start, and you are measured on how many of the people who walk through our door go on to have the treatment they came for.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Responding to new enquiries from our website, adverts and social media, quickly, and following up until you get an answer


• Running consultations: understanding what the patient actually wants, explaining options, costs and finance clearly, and handling objections without pressure


• Working alongside our implant clinicians to build treatment plans that fit the patient's clinical needs and budget


• Arranging payment plans and finance applications


• Staying with the patient through their journey: pre\-treatment, mid\-treatment and aftercare calls


• Keeping accurate records of every conversation in our patient system


• Collecting before\-and\-after photos, reviews and testimonials


• Hosting open evenings and supporting our marketing activity


• Hitting monthly conversion and revenue targets, and reporting on your own numbers

You do not need dental experience. We will train you on implants, sedation and clinical terminology. What we cannot train is the ability to sit with someone, build trust quickly and ask for the close.

Essential

• A proven track record in a consultative sales, patient care or high\-value customer\-facing role. Dental, aesthetics, healthcare, or any sector where you converted warm enquiries into paying customers


• Comfortable discussing large sums of money (our treatment plans run from hundreds to five figures) without flinching or apologising


• Genuinely good with people who are nervous, embarrassed or sceptical


• Organised, accurate with notes and admin, and able to run your own diary


• Confident with computers and patient management or CRM software


• Motivated by targets and happy to be measured on them

• Experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, TCO or Patient Care Coordinator


• Knowledge of dental implants, Invisalign or cosmetic dentistry


• Experience arranging patient finance


• Experience converting leads from paid social and Google campaigns

• £35,000\-£40,000 basic depending on experience, plus commission on treatment you convert. Our top performers earn well above the basic
