What is the job?
This is a varied and exciting role combining patient care, treatment coordination, sales and social media/marketing.
Your role will include:
- Hosting patient consultations and creating a welcoming, positive patient experience
- Guiding patients through their treatment plans
- Discussing finance options
- Providing a personal patient concierge service
- Assisting with our in\-house event days
- Being actively involved in our social media and marketing
- Creating fun and engaging content for our Instagram and TikTok
- Coming up with creative ideas for Reels, Stories, videos and posts
- Filming behind\-the\-scenes content, team videos, practice updates and patient\-focused content
- Being comfortable appearing on camera and encouraging the team to get involved
- Keeping up with current social media trends, sounds and ideas
- Helping to plan and organise our social media content
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions
- Bringing your own personality and creativity to help grow our online presence
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Approachable \& friendly
- Confident and people\-focused
- Creative and enthusiastic about social media
- Comfortable being in front of the camera
- Social media savvy and aware of current trends
- Confident using Instagram and TikTok
- Skilled in sales or comfortable having conversations around treatment and finance
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive, enthusiastic and willing to learn
No previous dental experience is required — we’ll provide the training you need.
Scheduled hours:
Monday: 8\.30am\-8pm
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 8\.30am\-6pm
Thursday: 8\.30am\-6pm
Friday: 8\.30am\-6pm
Saturday: 8\.30am\-6pm
