£17\.00 per hour for weekdays \& £17\.50 per hour for weekends(inclusive of holiday pay)

At Harmony Healthcare, we believe exceptional care is delivered by exceptional people. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to support our service user in the Essex Area. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently and with dignity in their own home.
This is a meaningful 2:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.
About the Client
Our service user is a young girl, looking for a carer and companion to be able to support her with day\-to\-day needs. She loves to interact with others, and can't help but enjoy her time playing. The ideal member of staff, will be able to encourage me to participate in said activities, while also being a reliable member of the team.
Clinical Requirements
You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:
- Dystonia
- Suctioning
- PEG Feeding
- Nebulisers
- Brain Injury
- Non\-Verbal
Shifts Available
We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.

Fri / Sat: 07:00AM \- 19:00PM
Mon \- Sun: 21:00PM \- 06:00AM
What the Role Involves
- Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
- Supporting with community access and social activities
- Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
- Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
- Communicating effectively with the clinical, care and coordination teams
What We’re Looking For
The successful carers will provide 2:1 support with:
- Personal care and continence care.
- Safe moving and handling, including transfers using a hoist.
- Repositioning and maintaining comfort while in bed.
- Supporting with nutrition and hydration.
- Medication prompts and support with medication routines.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable home environment.
- Providing reassurance and appropriate support following seizures.
- Supporting with appointments and accessing healthcare where required.
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns appropriately.
- Promoting dignity, independence and choice wherever possible.
- Helping prepare lunch and dinner

Compliance Requirements
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3\-compliant onboarding.

- £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
- £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer
