To manage the Spa Leisure facilities to the high standards expected at Tylney Hall Hotel, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth and effective operation of all facilities.
This is a hands\-on role with responsibility for driving spa treatments, retail sales, leisure membership and overall revenue, while leading and developing the team to deliver consistently high standards.
A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential, as the role will include carrying out treatments when required. Flexibility is also required, including working some weekends to meet the hotel's operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day\-to\-day operation of the Spa and Leisure Department.
- Lead, support and develop the Spa and Leisure team.
- Manage rotas, staffing, holidays and departmental coverage.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
- Oversee treatments, leisure facilities, pool operations and equipment.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
- Monitor departmental costs, stock and revenue opportunities.
- Support recruitment, training and performance management.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
