Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individual to join our Food \& Beverage team as a Food \& Beverage Supervisor on a fixed\-term maternity cover contract until January 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the day\-to\-day operation of our Food \& Beverage outlets. As a Food \& Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading service teams, supporting management, and ensuring the highest standards of luxury hospitality are consistently delivered. You will help create memorable experiences for our guests while fostering a positive and engaging environment for your colleagues.
What you will do
- Supervise the day\-to\-day operation of assigned Food \& Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
- Lead by example during service periods, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Assist with training, coaching, and developing colleagues to enhance performance and service delivery.
- Ensure guest requests and concerns are handled professionally, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Support the management team in monitoring service quality and maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout all service areas.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.
- Support stock management, ordering processes, and inventory controls as required.
- Promote teamwork and a positive working culture while delivering outstanding guest experiences on every shift.
- Previous experience in a Food \& Beverage supervisory role within a hotel, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and support a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury service standards.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem\-solving and decision\-making.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, practices, and operations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require.
