About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer\-oriented Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in airline reservations, holiday planning, and travel services, while providing exceptional customer service to clients travelling worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle domestic and international flight reservations.

  • Provide customers with the best airfare options and travel advice.

  • Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, rail tickets, and airport transfers.

  • Process ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and reissues.

  • Assist customers with visa guidance, travel insurance, and travel documentation.

  • Respond to enquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

  • Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

  • Build long\-term relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.

  • Stay updated with airline promotions, fare rules, visa regulations, and travel advisories.

  • Cross\-sell travel insurance, holidays, visas, transfers, and other travel products.
Essential Requirements
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.

  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment.

  • Strong organisational and problem\-solving abilities.
Language Requirements

The successful candidate must be fluent in:

  • English

  • Hindi

  • Punjabi
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in all three languages are essential, as the role involves assisting customers from the UK, India, and international markets.

Preferred Experience

  • UK–India travel bookings.

  • Holiday package sales.

  • Corporate travel management.

  • Visa and travel documentation.

  • Knowledge of worldwide destinations and airline fare rules.
