Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Expense Processing: Process Travel and Expense claims, including invoice validation. Monitor the delivery of missing information/ documents to ensure the reimbursement of our employees


• Compliance and Quality: Ensure alignment with Infineon Travel and Expenses Processes and Guidelines. Ensure the data quality of expense claims and perform quality control


• Improvement and Collaboration: Work with the team and other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities


• Payment Process: Perform payment run processes

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are an excellent communicator with an international and multicultural mindset. You are a motivated team player with problem\-solving skills.

• Education: degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Language Studies, or a similar field


• Technical Skills: Have a good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of SAP is a plus


• Working Style: You can pay attention to detail and focus on quality, ensuring high\-quality processes


• Language Skills: Fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus
