What you'll do:

• Lead daily transport planning and resource allocation


• Ensure vehicles are equipped and ready to roll


• Manage driver recruitment, inductions, and welfare


• Handle performance reviews, investigations, and support


• Be the go\-to for on\-call issues and breakdowns


• Champion safety, compliance, and cab hygiene


• Build strong relationships with drivers and clients


• Keep operations smooth during events and shifts


• Liaise with fleet for MOTs, servicing, and trailer checks


• Deliver top\-tier customer service and team engagement

What Will You Bring:

• CPC preferred but not essential — training provided


• Proven transport/fleet experience


• Solid grasp of H\&S, and compliance


• Improvement\-focused and up to date with best practices


• Decisive, data\-driven, and proactive


• Strong communicator and team leader


• Skilled in transport systems (e.g. Tachomaster)


• Project management experience


• Commercially aware and people\-focused


• Ideally: knowledge of events and UK/European geography

Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Senior Transport Operations Manager and work closely with all other members of the operations and driving team.
