Pay Rate: £26,851\.07 Basic Annual Salary. Overtime Rate x1\.5

Shift patterns: Monday \- Friday 14:00 \- 22:00 (flexibility is required to cover other times from time to time)

We're now looking for a Transport Shift Controller to support with Driver dispatch and general administration duties.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Coordinating and dispatching drivers, ensuring all routes are efficiently covered


• Handling incoming calls, primarily from drivers needing support or updates


• Communicating with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries


• Completing general operational and administrative tasks to support the shift


• Providing debrief support for drivers when required, including reviewing completed routes and issues

• Previous experience in a transport or transport related field


• Thrives in a fast\-paced environment and can confidently juggle multiple tasks at once


• Has strong communication skills and is comfortable speaking with drivers and customers


• Can work independently while also collaborating well with a wider team


• Is flexible with working hours and willing to support operational needs when required
