Transport Operations Assistant

KW Joy Ltd is a growing transport and logistics company looking for a motivated and reliable Transport Operations Assistant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long\-term career in the transport industry. Previous transport or planning experience is not essential – we are looking for the right attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. Full training will be provided from day one.

What you'll be doing

As part of our operations team, you will gradually learn all aspects of transport planning and office operations, including:

• Assisting with the day\-to\-day running of transport operations.


• Scheduling and allocating work to drivers.


• Communicating with drivers throughout the day.


• Liaising with customers and potential new clients.


• Supporting transport planners with administrative and operational tasks.


• Updating transport systems and maintaining accurate records.


• Helping to ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.


• Learning transport planning procedures with full support from our experienced team.

• Excellent spoken and written English.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.


• Good organisational and time\-management skills.


• Ability to work independently and make sensible decisions when required.


• Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office.


• Professional, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
