✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
- Innovate \& Optimize: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!
- Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
- Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
- Analyse \& Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!
- Previous and practical experience managing a team, either within the transport/logistics sector or in another operational environment; experience as a Transport Supervisor or Team Leader is highly desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem\-solving skills
- Microsoft office package experience – essential
