Job Description

As a Transport Data analyst, you are responsible for extracting data from the various transport systems to formulate reports and to be able to support with operational decision making. You will also create presentations and formulate all types of data and information into the required formats.

You will be very organized and precise with your work ensuring that you liaise with relevant departments in Do \& Co to ensure their planning of their operation is inline with the flight targets and delivery of food to ensure they meet the specific time and dates required to deliver a service on time for our customer.

You will play a major part in supporting and engaging with the DO \& CO family to deliver exceptional food and service, maintaining the high reputation of DO \& CO with our partners. You will be a great team player who enjoys taking full responsibility for your actions and encourage team success.

What will you be doing?

  • Extract and analyze data from transport and airline systems, including Samsara, TMS, and British Airways FIDSMONS, transforming complex operational data into clear, accurate, and presentable reports to support operational decision\-making.

  • Produce and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, ensuring stakeholders have access to timely and accurate information.

  • Monitor, oversee, and coordinate safety incident reporting processes, collating and analyzing data to identify trends, support safety initiatives, and drive continuous process improvements across the operation.

  • Create professional presentations and briefing materials for internal and external meetings, communicating operational performance, key findings, and strategic recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.

  • Work closely with transport, airside, dispatch, and airline account management teams to ensure operational plans align with flight schedules, customer requirements, and service delivery targets.

  • Analyze operational performance data and provide insights to improve efficiency, resource utilization, compliance, and service standards.

  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail when managing large volumes of operational data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reports and communications.

  • Supporting with the creation of driver and loader shifts based on flight schedules.

  • Through great attention to detail and organizational skills you will liaise with relevant departments in Do \& Co to ensure their planning of airside operation is inline with the flight targets to ensure the operation meets the specific time and dates required by the operation.

  • Liaise with Transport and airside teams to take feedback on flight scheduling issues or ideas for improvement.

  • You will be someone with great communication skills and works well in a large team, while being ready to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to give our partners a great service.

  • Ensuring the area of operation is a safe place to work and be a role model in adhering to all policies (Site Health \& Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental and Security policies)

  • Provide exceptionally high\-class service to our customer, delivering goods on time to specification and an accurate handover
