Triniti Care is expanding its supported living services in Greater London, and we are looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated people to join our care team. Whether you are an experienced carer or have recently begun your career in care, our friendly team will fully support your role.

Your day\-to\-day responsibilities

· Providing companionship, conversation and emotional support

· Practical Support such as laundry, cleaning, preparing and cooking meals and taking

people out to the shops, doctors or social events.

· Supporting daily routines and independence

· Preparing meals and drinks

· Completing care notes and evidencing using our easy\-to\-use app

· Supporting clients to appointments, community activities and events

· Household duties, cooking, cleaning and general running of their home

· Assisting with washing, dressing, continence care and personal hygiene

· Liaising with families, professionals and other carers when required

· Right to work in the UK
