Transformation Data & AI Analyst

Transformation is not only about technology. It is about understanding the organisation, improving processes, connecting teams, using data better and applying AI where it creates real value.

We are looking for a Transformation Data \& AI Analyst to support a wide range of initiatives across organisational transformation, digital change, data management, AI and the IT ecosystem.

You will not be expected to know everything from day one. But you should be curious, analytical and comfortable working with both business and technology stakeholders.

Your impact

You will work at the core of transformation initiatives, contributing to:

• + - The use of data and AI as drivers of change, not just enablers;


• The alignment between business priorities and technology delivery;


• The development of data governance and data quality practices;


• The evolution of systems, processes and analytical capabilities;


• The identification and structuring of AI use cases with real impact;


• The production of insights that inform critical and strategic decisions.

• + - Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or Management);


• Around 2\+ years of professional experience in related roles;


• Exposure to data environments, analytics or transformation projects;


• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. BCBS 239\) is a plus;


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect technical and business perspectives;


• A mindset that combines curiosity, critical thinking and delivery focus.
