Dutch-Speaking Content Moderator

We recruit Dutch\-speaking Content Moderators for major digital platforms managing trust and safety operations from Lisbon. Before you apply: this role involves regular exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content. We'd rather be upfront about it now.

What you'll do

• Review Dutch\-language user\-generated content flagged for potential policy violations


• Apply platform community guidelines accurately and consistently


• Make fast, well\-reasoned decisions: approve, remove or escalate


• Maintain accuracy standards measured through regular quality audits

• Fluent in Dutch — C1/C2 level, including cultural and contextual understanding


• English at B2 or above for training and escalation processes


• Detail\-oriented and methodical — able to work at volume without losing accuracy


• Emotionally resilient — the most important non\-negotiable for this role


• EU work authorisation or valid Portuguese residence permit

• Meal allowance 154€/month via tax\-free debit card
