The Role
We are seeking a Training \& Solutions Engineer to deliver technical training while supporting customer deployments and communication system solutions.
This dual\-role position combines technical expertise with hands\-on customer engagement. You will act as a subject matter specialist for MANET and secure communications technologies while delivering practical training and supporting system configuration and field trials.
Expect a varied role with significant customer interaction and travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical technical training to customers
- Develop and improve training materials and technical documentation
- Act as a technical specialist for Wave Relay® / MANET solutions
- Support network design, configuration, and system integration
- Assist with customer demonstrations, trials, and deployments
- Provide hands\-on technical support (on\-site and remote)
- Build strong relationships with defence and technical stakeholders
- Background in defence, communications, or technical field\-based roles
- Experience with networking (IP, RF, Cisco/CCNA, or similar)
- Exposure to MANET or wireless communication systems desirable
- Experience delivering training, mentoring, or technical support advantageous
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel and work closely with customers
- SC clearance or eligibility required
