Essential

  • Experience leading learning, training or capability functions.

  • Experience managing and developing teams.

  • Experience improving services and driving positive outcomes.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

  • Knowledge of learning and development principles and practice.

  • Experience using performance data and feedback to improve services.

  • Strong digital and computer literacy.

  • Ability to operate strategically whilst supporting operational delivery when required.

  • Experience working across government or multi\-partner organisations.

Desirable
  • CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development (or equivalent / working towards membership).

  • Experience working in digital, technology or service environments.

  • Experience supporting onboarding, adoption or capability programmes.

  • Understanding of digital learning or self\-service support models.

  • Experience supporting the adoption of new technologies (cloud\-based systems), products or services.

  • Existing Rosa user.

Our client operates hybrid working 2\-3 days in London, with occasional client site visits will be required into Glasgow.
