Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. What will you be doing?

You will review training reports and dashboards to identify development needs and performance gaps. Supporting field\-based staff, you’ll provide guidance on using the MGroup Water work management system and Yorkshire Water hardware and applications (Toughbook/VYN). You will carry out competency assessments against defined criteria, ensuring staff capability meets operational standards. The role includes conducting gap analyses to highlight focus areas and improvement opportunities. You will work closely with operational teams, offering hands\-on support and insights, while regularly reporting progress and findings to the contract management team to support continuous improvement and effective service delivery.
