We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who would like to carry out their training contract with us here at Dienn's Law Solicitors. We would like you to have good oral and written skills and you will be expected to play an active role in furthering the growth of the firm.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience within the areas of Property and Private Client.
We are a highly dynamic small law firm based in Horsham that is Lexcel and CQS accredited. Dienn's Law Solicitors has a welcoming atmosphere, and we are looking for people who will thrive and contribute to our supportive culture.

We are a paperless firm, (subject to deeds) and we pride ourselves on our low emission practice where we use high end case management software to enhance our compliance capability to enable us to be more efficient. We have ambitious plans and have a solid and highly active client base all over the South East that are going to be the cornerstone of this expansion. We are an ambitious firm with opportunities for professional development.
We work with our Trainees to understand their interests and talents by tailoring their training and development accordingly.
Trainee Solicitor Duties \& Responsibilities include:
\- To assist, depending on experience, manage a portfolio of clients;
\- Attend meetings and make detailed meeting and telephone notes;
\- Innovative thinking when considering cases;
\- Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to achieve deadlines;
\- Excellent client care skills with the ability to handle a range of clients;
\- A willingness to support others as and when required and be an efficient team player;
\- Be able to work well under pressure, be proactive and handle a varied workload;
\- Ability to organise and prioritise work in situations that can include time pressure, interruptions and other causes of stress; and
\- Computer literacy and keyboard skills.
