Working across our showrooms and customer home visits, you will help customers find the right glazing and home improvement solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale.

What We Offer

• £28,000 basic salary


• Uncapped OTE of £50,000–£55,000

The Role

As a Trainee Sales \& Showroom Retail Consultant, you will:

• Engage with customers in our showrooms and during scheduled home appointments


• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable glazing and home improvement solutions


• Inspire customers with creative product recommendations that convert into sales


• Promote additional products, services, and finance options where appropriate


• Follow up customer enquiries promptly and professionally


• Deliver an exceptional customer journey from initial contact through to order completion


• Work towards and achieve individual sales targets


• Maintain accurate customer records and sales information

Experience \& Qualifications

The following experience is desirable but not essential:

• Retail sales experience


• Customer service experience


• Experience working in a target\-driven environment


• Experience in a customer\-facing role

Most importantly, we're looking for people with the right attitude, ambition, and willingness to learn.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points


• Eligibility to work in the UK
