Trainee Sales

Position: Full\-Time Trainee Sales (Entry\-Level)

Pay: Average OTE earnings from £26,000 per annum (weekly base pay \+ uncapped commission)

Commute Requirement: Must be able to commute to Sheffield City Centre

Sponsorship: Not available. Required to have valid right to work in UK.

Age Requirement: Must be 18\+

Job Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers and build strong rapport.

Clearly explain product information, tailored to customers needs/request.

Identify opportunities to upsell products and services based on customer needs.

One\-on\-one mentorship from experienced managers to support professional development.

Contribute to individual and team targets.

Attend networking events.

Progression:

Through performance\-based progression, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in several areas:

Public speaking
