- About the Role:
- As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will receive full training in the vehicle sales process—from initial enquiry to vehicle handover. You’ll learn how to confidently guide customers through their purchase journey while delivering a first\-class experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- + Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and trust
+ Work towards monthly sales and product targets (vehicles, finance, add\-ons)
+ Maintain accurate customer and vehicle data in line with FCA and GDPR guidelines
+ Work proactively to generate new leads and follow up on existing ones
- About You:
- We’re looking for individuals who are:
- + Confident communicators with a passion for sales and customer service
+ Professional, personable, and resilient
+ Experienced in customer\-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or estate agency
+ Hold a full UK driving licence with less than 7 points
- Working Hours:
- + Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
