Trainee Sales Executive- Volkswagen

Due to continued expansion Sheehy Motor Group currently has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our Volkswagen Sales Team in Carlow. We offer an excellent opportunity to develop your career with one of Ireland’s premier motor retailers. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual with a passion for sales to join our progressive sales team and embark on a journey of learning that will culminate in a recognised Level 6 Sales Qualification.

In order to be considered for this exciting Sales Apprenticeship opportunity you must be able to demonstrate the following core skills:

• A passion for learning and commitment to a 2 Year Sales Apprenticeship Program

• Have a passion to work in the Motor Industry

· A full clean driving licence

· Must have a pass or above in 5 Leaving Certificate subjects to include Maths and English

· Previous experience of working in a retail setting or customer service environment demonstrating a commitment to high levels of customer satisfaction

What we will do:

· Provide you with the opportunity to “earn and learn” culminating in a Level 6, Major Award: An advanced Certificate in Sales

· Empower you with underpinning knowledge, skills and competencies required to become an effective motor sales specialist

· Provide a structured learning program, that is grounded in the practical experience of providing you with real “On\-the\-Job” work experience whilst being supported by “Off the\-Job” learning in face\-to\-face workshops and an online learning environment.

· Provide you with ongoing mentoring and guidance during your apprenticeship

· Support your work\-based learning

· Give you the skills and knowledge to become an integral member of our Volkswagen Sales Team
