Porsche Centre Swindon is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Trainee Sales Executive to join our Sales team and begin an exciting career with one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands.
If you have 6\-12 months customer service experience in a sales or retail environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in automotive retail. Job Opportunity
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all channels, including showroom, telephone, and digital enquiries.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Porsche model range, products, and services through manufacturer and retailer training.
- Build strong relationships with customers, guiding them through the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Maintain accurate records and proactively manage customer follow\-up activities.
- Represent the Porsche brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
- Consistently uphold the high standards of customer care and presentation expected within a Porsche Centre.
- Adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.

Essential Skills
- 6\-12 months customer service experience, ideally within a customer\-facing, retail or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
- A positive attitude, self\-motivation, and a desire to build a successful career in automotive sales.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
