8\.45am – 5pm Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday mornings

This role provides fantastic training programme for individuals that are money motivated and looking for a long term career in a well established business.
So, what’s the role?
- As a Croner Trainee Sales Executive you will be building up a B2B sales pipeline through making outbound calls to business owners.
- Utilising our salesforce system, reaching out to prospects.
- Your aim on these calls is to schedule appointments for field\-based BDMs to attend and meet with business owners.
- Some calls might need more than one attempt to build relationships so you will be looking to extract the very best results from each call you make to build up a pipeline of your callbacks.
- You’ll have daily targets to meet which are there to help you make commission.
- Basic salary starts from £25,000 dependent on experience
- We will add in an extra £500 a month for your first 3 months to get your commission pipeline going to boost your basic salary
- The commission is uncapped and earnt from your very first sale.
- 25 days holiday \+ plus bank holidays and we’ll also give you an extra day off for your birthday
- You’ll have a career pathway opportunity, through training and your own successes to develop your Croner career, reviewed every 6 months
