Ready to build a career in sales? We’re looking for confident, motivated people to join our growing Cardiff\-based team.
No previous sales experience is required. You’ll receive full training, ongoing coaching and one\-to\-one support to help you develop your skills and progress within the business.
The Role
As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll work directly with customers in residential areas, representing established UK brands through face\-to\-face and door\-to\-door sales.
Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with customers face\-to\-face in residential areas
- Introducing and presenting products and services
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Developing strong communication and sales skills
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Taking part in daily training, coaching and team meetings
- Learning how to confidently manage the sales process from initial conversation through to closing
We’re interested in people who are:
- 18\+ and eligible to work in the UK
- Confident and comfortable speaking to new people
- Motivated, ambitious and target\-driven
- Positive, reliable and willing to learn
- Interested in developing a genuine career in sales
- Comfortable working in a face\-to\-face, residential environment
- Available to work a minimum of 4 days per week

Cardiff\-based office and residential sales areas
You may be required to travel to different residential locations as part of the role.
Minimum commitment: 4 days per week.
The role is suitable for candidates commuting from Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Barry, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cwmbran, Pontypridd, Penarth, Porthcawl and surrounding areas.
