You’ll work with schools and early years settings to help design inspiring outdoor learning environments. This is a field\-based, consultative role with full training and support provided, offering clear progression into a full Outdoor Learning Consultant position.

Duties

• Build strong, lasting relationships with headteachers and senior leaders, becoming a trusted go to expert for outdoor learning solutions.


• Bring ideas to life by recommending creative, practical, and budget‑friendly outdoor learning designs that truly inspire pupils and educators alike.


• Take ownership of your opportunities, manage leads through our CRM, keeping your pipeline organised, proactive, and full of potential.


• Thrive in a supportive, goal‑driven environment where you’ll work towards clear targets, with plenty of training, coaching, and feedback to help you grow and succeed.

• Confident, friendly and professional communicator


• Well organised and proactive


• Willing to learn and develop a career in consultative sales


• Full UK driving licence required


• Education, sales or customer\-facing experience helpful but not essential

• Full training and mentoring
