We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Watford\-based client that is expanding its community outreach and customer acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing valuable skills in sales, communication, customer engagement, and business development.
No previous sales experience is required. Full training is provided.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Sales Assistant, you'll support customer acquisition campaigns through community outreach activities across Watford and the surrounding areas.
You'll spend your day engaging directly with customers, introducing products and services, answering questions, and helping customers understand how available solutions may benefit them.
Some of the ways you'll contribute include:
- Engaging directly with customers through community outreach activities
- Building positive relationships with members of the public
- Raising awareness of products, services, and campaigns
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Supporting customer enquiries, registrations, and sales transactions
- Generating interest and sales through effective communication
- Working towards individual and team performance objectives
- Participating in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership development training
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Comfortable speaking with new people

Compensation \& Benefits
- Earnings include a combination of base pay (£1935 PCM) with uncapped ote commissions. (Subject to 4 week probationary period)
